Aleyda Solís

Founder

Orainti

Aleyda Solís is founder of Orainti, the boutique SEO and AI search consultancy she built for international, ecommerce, marketplace, and SaaS brands. She is also the publisher of SEOFOMO and the free LearningSEO.io and LearningAIsearch.com roadmaps that many practitioners use as their starting syllabus.

Founding Orainti in 2014

Solís spent more than a decade on SEO for European, American, and Latin American companies from both agency and in-house seats before founding Orainti in 2014. The consultancy stayed deliberately boutique: strategic audits, migrations, international SEO, and ongoing counsel for startups and multinationals that needed a personalized process rather than a large delivery bench.

Client work has ranged across competitive categories, with public mentions of brands such as Turo, Trade Republic, Sniffspot, and Freshbooks among others on her consultant site. She writes and speaks in both English and Spanish, which made her an early bridge between European, U.S., and Spanish-speaking SEO communities.

SEOFOMO and Free Learning Roadmaps

Outside client engagements she built some of the field's most used free education layers. SEOFOMO is a widely read independent weekly SEO newsletter with tens of thousands of subscribers. LearningSEO.io is a curated roadmap of guides and tools for people learning the craft, and LearningAIsearch.com extends the same idea into AI search optimization without a paywall.

She has spoken at more than two hundred conferences across thirty-plus countries, contributed to Search Engine Land, Search Engine Journal, and Moz, and authored the Spanish-language book SEO. Las Claves Esenciales. Industry awards include European Search Personality of the Year in 2018 and a place on USA Today / List Wire's influential SEO experts list in 2022. She also co-founded Mujeres en SEO for women in the Spanish-speaking search community and hosts the Crawling Mondays tips series.

AI Search and International SEO

As generative answers became a discovery surface, Solís treated AI search as an extension of international and technical SEO rather than a replacement for it. Her public writing argues that visibility inside models is largely a third-party citation problem with an on-page corroboration base: brands need consistent, crawlable, well-structured pages and earned mentions across sources models already trust.

Pieces such as her AI search citations analysis across SaaS, ecommerce, and finance and her three-layer framework for measuring AI presence, readiness, and business impact give commercial teams metrics that go beyond classic rankings and clicks. Orainti now pairs SEO and AI search strategy for the same buyers, including SaaS and marketplace programs where international complexity used to be the whole story.

Teaching Alongside Consulting

Solís keeps a heavy public teaching load beside Orainti: SEOFOMO, the AI Marketers and MarketingFOMO newsletters, Crawling Mondays, and conference talks that translate research into checklists teams can run the same week. She has also been associated with Finchling as a cofounder in adjacent SEO tooling, while Orainti remains the primary client-facing consultancy.
