Diana Comerford is chief digital and transformation officer at Terakeet, the Syracuse, New York, search and brand reputation agency that works for large consumer brands. She leads its product integration and technology teams. A longtime project management leader, she spent more than a decade at the Syracuse advertising agency Mower and earlier worked in television marketing in New York City before joining Terakeet in 2019.
Television Marketing in New York City
She began in marketing management at Lifetime Television and ABC Family in New York City, where Terakeet says she ran promotional campaigns and large events that supported national ad sales and brand partnerships.
Twelve Years at Mower
She then spent 12 years at Mower, the advertising agency formerly known as Eric Mower & Associates. She built a team of project managers across five offices, managed delivery of digital campaigns, and oversaw the agency's developers. Syracuse.com reported her promotion to director of project management in 2014, and she later became a vice president.
Building Project Management at Terakeet
Terakeet hired her in March 2019 as vice president of project management, a move Syracuse.com noted that June. She defined the project manager role at the company and founded its project management office, which standardized the tools and workflows its teams use on client work. In December 2023 she became chief digital and transformation officer, responsible for how Terakeet's services and in-house technology change as client needs shift.
Outside work, Terakeet says, she spends her time with her husband and three children and traveling.
