Jeff Haas is Chief Operating Officer at Seer Interactive, the Philadelphia B Corp digital-marketing agency founded by Wil Reynolds. He came to Seer from Wall Street trading and finance roles, then spent years inside the firm's business-strategy and client-engagement work before becoming COO.
From J.P. Morgan to Seer
Haas worked in equity finance and trading at J.P. Morgan and Susquehanna International Group before joining Seer. Seer's own team page still opens on that Wall Street chapter and the habits it left him with: strategy, financial analysis, operations, and relationship management.
He studied finance, marketing, and management at the University of Delaware. An earlier Seer bio also listed advisory work at Parachute (formerly Witness) alongside his agency climb.
Rising to COO at Seer
Public timelines place him as Director of Business Strategy around 2016, then Vice President of Business Strategy and Client Engagement from 2019, and COO from late 2022. Seer's page says he has been with the firm for eight years and works across core service lines that build growth strategies for enterprise clients in SEO, paid, social, and analytics.
His leadership peers at Seer include Crystal O'Neill and Alisa Scharf.
Culture and Community in Philadelphia
On the Session Interactive podcast, Haas talks about culture and how Seer teams take risks as AI disruption hits search marketing. He also appears in Seer's public hiring and AI-search measurement posts as an operations voice for how the firm staffs SEO and GEO work.
Outside the office, Seer's bio places him in the Philadelphia suburbs with his wife and kids, and as a volunteer with Little Smiles, a nonprofit that works with children in Philly hospitals.
