Mark Gisi is a founding partner and chief brand officer of Eastern Standard, the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, branding and web agency that took RevenueZen into its operations in 2026. He was a principal of the Old City marketing agency Tabula Creative before it merged with a Jenkintown web developer in 2014 to form Eastern Standard.
Tabula Creative and the 2014 Merger
Gisi was a principal of Tabula Creative when it combined with Context, a Jenkintown web development firm, in July 2014. He told Technical.ly the move was natural because the two shops had collaborated for three years on projects including websites for Al Dia News, Temple University, and Love the Arts. "Running one company with a few partners who have demonstrated great management skills is certainly easier than running two companies," he wrote. The new agency started with 12 employees.
Joining Onfolio and Folding In RevenueZen
In October 2024 Onfolio Holdings, the publicly traded owner of online businesses, bought Eastern Standard's operating assets through a subsidiary; Gisi was one of the parties to the agreement, according to Onfolio's SEC filing. Eastern Standard and RevenueZen, another Onfolio agency, worked together from 2024 before formally integrating in spring 2026, joining Eastern Standard's branding and UX work with RevenueZen's SEO and generative engine optimization. RevenueZen founder Rocky Pedden wrote that the teams had been "doing a lot of work" together for a couple of years before the move.
