Mat Golubović, who also writes as Matija Golubović, is co-founder and chief executive of Omnius, a B2B SEO and AI search agency for software, fintech, and AI companies that serves clients in the United Kingdom and elsewhere from teams based in Serbia. He writes about how software brands get mentioned in AI answers, and his agency built Atomic AGI, a tool that tracks how large language models describe its clients.
Co-founding Omnius
His Omnius author page calls him a "human-centered entrepreneur" and says he was part of the core team at a venture-funded startup that signed up 20,000 paid users in 12 months before he founded Omnius as an SEO and content agency for SaaS and fintech companies.
He runs the agency with co-founder and chief operating officer Ana Pantić. In a joint interview with CorD Magazine, the two said Omnius limits how many clients it takes on so it can work closely with each one, and pointed to an AI software client whose organic visits grew from zero to 2.7 million in 13 months.
In the same interview they described Serbia as a place British companies increasingly treat as "a strategic partner for innovation and growth," and said Omnius brings UK practices to its clients alongside the technical skills of its Serbian teams.
Building Atomic AGI
Omnius built Atomic AGI to see how ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini represent its clients, because in the founders' view traditional search and AI search now work as one system. They told CorD that Omnius had been developing generative engine optimization work for more than a year, before it became mainstream.
Golubović also writes for the Forbes Agency Council, where his profile lists work on AI search, software economics, and marketing infrastructure. In a column titled "The Compounding Interest Of AI Search Optimization (AEO/GEO)," he argues that AI search "should be treated less like another traffic channel and more like an accumulation game."
